Lay-by Terms & Conditions

A 50% initial payment is required to secure your lay-by.

The remaining 50% must be paid in the second month. No interest is charged on lay-by payments..

Hair will only be released or delivered once full payment has been received. Customers will receive confirmation of each payment.

Cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
